Terms of service

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Returns Eligibility

Returns can be accepted if requested within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned no more than 30 days after the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in a saleable condition. 

Return Process

Before returning an item, please contact us via contact form or info@meandkate.co.uk to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address details. Please include your order number with your return and make sure to use a tracked delivery service to ensure its safe arrival. We recommend keeping the tracking number for reference.

Refund

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired item and follow the return process outlined above.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed due to our automated production system, however, returns are accepted - please see details above.

Discounted Multi-Buy Orders

Multi-buy discounts (e.g., 10% off when purchasing 3 or more items) apply only when the qualifying number of items is kept. If part of an order is returned and the order no longer meets the discount criteria, the order will be recalculated at full price for the remaining items and the refund will reflect this revised total.

Personalised Orders

Please note that personalised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically to your requirements and are exempt from standard consumer return rights.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide us with a detailed description and attach photographs showing the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem and arrange for a replacement.
