Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Standard UK delivery is free. Standard delivery for the rest of the world is calculated at checkout based on your country.
Each item is made to order to reduce waste, so delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Orders are printed and packaged within 3–5 working days, and typically arrive in around 8 working days from the order date. During busy periods, this may increase to 10 or more working days, so please allow ample time.
Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. See item details for estimated arrival times.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our
policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused and saleable condition.
Return Process:
- Email support@meandkate.co.uk to initiate a return.
- We will provide instructions and the return address.
- Include your order number with your return.
- Use a tracked delivery service and keep the tracking number for reference. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Exchanges:
- To exchange an item, please place a new order and follow the return process for your original item.
Discounted Multi-Buy Orders:
- Multi-buy discounts (e.g., 10% off when purchasing 3 or more items) apply only when the qualifying number of items is kept.
- If part of an order is returned and the order no longer meets the discount criteria, the order will be recalculated at full price for the remaining items and the refund will reflect this revised total.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact us immediately with a description and photos of the issue.
- We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Cancellations:
- Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept cancellations.
- Returns are still possible, so please follow our returns policy if you wish to return your item.

All our prints are made to order so there is zero waste. All in-house packaging, including the 'cello' bags, are recyclable / biodegradable. So far, we have planted over 100 trees to offset our carbon emissions. Please get in touch if you would like more information on our environmental commitment.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us directly. We respond to correspondence very quickly and we will make sure your order is replaced as soon as possible.
Yes, if you would prefer not to have a physical print posted to you we can make any of our prints into a digital download for you instead. We are gradually adding digital download options to our shop, but please get in touch if you want to order a digital download that isn't yet listed and we'll create it for you ASAP.
We print 6x4", 7x5", 10x8", A5, A4 and A3 orders ourselves. Our local printing partner processes all the framed prints, A2 prints, A1 prints and any orders which are a custom size.
Yes! The standard sizes of paper available are listed in the 'size' dropdown menu under each listing. However, if you need a print in a size that isn't listed, just let us know and we can create a custom size print for you.
