How it works:
1. Place your order: Go to https://what3words.com to find the unique location code you would like on the print and enter it in the personalisation box. If you need any support to do this, please get in touch and we will assist you.
2. After purchase, email your image to us at info@meandkate.co.uk, remembering to include your order number.
3. Your digital proof will be sent in 2-3 days. You then have 24 hours to request any changes
ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT: All our prints are made to order so there is zero waste. All in-house packaging, including the 'cello' bags, are recyclable / biodegradable. We are members of moretrees.eco and regularly plant trees to offset our carbon emissions Please get in touch if you would like more information on our environmental commitment.
COLOURS: All screens are different and colours may appear slightly differently in print to how they appear on your screen.

Orders are printed & packaged within 3-5 working days, so should arrive approx. 8 working days from order date. During busy periods this may increase to 10 or more working days so please allow ample time for delivery.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Yes, if you would prefer not to have a physical print posted to you we can make any of our prints into a digital download for you instead. We are gradually adding digital download options to our shop, but please get in touch if you want to order a digital download that isn't yet listed and we'll create it for you ASAP.
We print 6x4", 7x5", 10x8", A5, A4 and A3 orders ourselves. Our local printing partner processes all the framed prints, A2 prints, A1 prints and any orders which are a custom size.
Yes! The standard sizes of paper available are listed in the 'size' dropdown menu under each listing. However, if you need a print in a size that isn't listed, just let us know and we can create a custom size print for you.
