CUSTOM ORDERS - For any custom orders or requests, please contact us through the 'contact the seller' option in the listing. Messages are usually responded to within 24 hours.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: 6x4", 8x10", A4 and A3 products are printed on 275gsm lustre photo paper. 7x5" and A5 products are printed on 230gsm matt photo paper. A2 and A1 products are printed by a local printing partner on 190gsm satin photo paper.
PACKAGING DETAILS: 6x4", 7x5", A5, 8x10" and A4 prints are protected in an eco-friendly 'cello' bag and posted in a hardback cardboard envelope. A3, A2 and A1 products are posted in a sealed tube.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT: All our prints are made to order so there is zero waste. All in-house packaging, including the 'cello' bags, are recyclable / biodegradable. We are members of moretrees.eco and regularly plant trees to offset our carbon emissions Please get in touch if you would like more information on our environmental commitment.
COLOURS: All screens are different and colours may appear slightly differently in print to how they appear on your screen.

- A3 frames can hang either way but do not have stands
- Perspex (a higher-clarity, safer, shatterproof alternative to glass)
Brushed White: Polcore frame, brushed white finish
Brushed Black: Polcore frame, brushed black finish
French Oak: Wrapped MDF frame in a French Oak Finish
Like our larger prints, our framed prints are also processed by our local printing partner
VIEWING DISTANCES: Please be advised, whilst we make sure our prints are the best quality possible, if you are ordering in A2 or A1 size, the recommended viewing distance is 1-2+ metres away from the print.

Yes, if you would prefer not to have a physical print posted to you we can make any of our prints into a digital download for you instead. We are gradually adding digital download options to our shop, but please get in touch if you want to order a digital download that isn't yet listed and we'll create it for you ASAP.
We print 6x4", 7x5", 10x8", A5, A4 and A3 orders ourselves. Our local printing partner processes all the framed prints, A2 prints, A1 prints and any orders which are a custom size.
Yes! The standard sizes of paper available are listed in the 'size' dropdown menu under each listing. However, if you need a print in a size that isn't listed, just let us know and we can create a custom size print for you.
